White House black market strapless dress

Reposhing this item I purchased a few months ago...It is really cute, but is a little too small for me up top. It has a slight snag on the front that is barely noticeable. It is strapless, but it looks like it had detachable straps. I tried some from one of my convertible bras and they worked perfectly. Flat measurements: Chest: 14.5” Waist: 13” Length from center of top of dress to bottom: 28”
