Size medium black floral wrap blouse with flowy bell sleeves and ruffle neckline. Blouse ties at the waist, and a small snap fastens into a v-neck. Small slit on one side for one of the waist ties to pass through. Small snag on the bottom front of the blouse - see last photo. In good used condition. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
