It is NEW, with tags. Size XS. The shell is 45% nylon, 45% polyester, and 10% spandex. The lining is 100% recycled polyester. Measurements, laying flat, with no ruching around the scoop (top fully stretched upwards on the halter tie strings). The scoop can be ruched along the tie string and top adjusts, depending on how the tie string is tied. There is some stretch to the material so measurements may expand: 8 1/2" scoop 14-15" wide, armpit seam, to armpit seam 27" long, not including halter strings.
