The traditional cheese knife, with its two tines for picking up cheese, is designed for firm varieties like Gouda or Colby. The spade shaped knife allows you to easily handle cheeses with creamy interiors and edible rinds. The spreader's shape, which resembles a butter knife, comes in handy for sampling Brie, Camembert, and other soft cheeses. Each piece is made from 18/10 stainless steel that contains chrome for strength, and nickel to enhance surface luster. The striking appearance resembles silver plate, but is far more durable-and will never tarnish. Dishwasher safe!
