Women’s multi colored dress

Women’s multicolored dress with long flared sleeves. It has a scoop neck in front and a tie string across the scoop back. It is approximately 33” in length from that top of the shoulder to the hem. It is approximately 19” from armpit to armpit. It has the tags on it and has never been worn.
