Boutique Nico LA Retro Vintage inspired Dress Orange And Navy. Arms have a big of a bell style. Dress is lined and does have some small pills on front chest and a pull on back shoulder but hardly noticeable. See photos. I believe the pills came from the necklace I wore with this dress to an event.
