Worthington Size Small Black & White Geometric

In excellent condition - Worthington Size Small, sleeveless black & white geometric wave print blouse. Round neckline with draping on one side (see photo), sleeveless with keyhole button back. Straight hemline. Material tag has been removed, but I believe this is a Polyester/Spandex blend. It is very soft, slinky and has some stretch - very nice quality fabric.
