XS Navy and White Polka Dot Halter Pleated Dress

Unbranded but similar style to what you would find at Anthropologie. This dress is beautiful and well made. I’m guessing it’s cotton. No flaws on outside, but dress liner has some minor staining (see pics) and is not visible while wearing this piece. Super cute with a Jean jacket :)
