XS Petite Yacht21 Navy and White dress

Stylish navy and white midi dress from Yacht 21. This is a clothing designer based in Singapore. The dress has a navy ruffle accent along the front with a vertical white and navy striped pattern all over. I’m 5ft and the length was right above my ankles so this would definitely be petite. Straps are adjustable! Size is XS. Dress is in excellent used condition.
