XS Vintage 1950s Blue Party Dress

I bought from a vintage seller on Etsy and it sadly doesn't fit! It doesn't have any tags but I would recommend for a 0/XS since I'm a 2/120lbs/Small and I couldn't zip it all the way once it hit my ribcage/bust area. It does have 2 rust spots on back and a small hole in the tulle that's not noticable when on because of how Flouncy it is.
