$4 FLASH SALE Y2k Black & White Halter-back Tank Top!

Very fun tank top from forever 21 under their line “twenty one” & I purchased it in the early 2000s so it is vintage but it has a lot of use left but there are no major problems but there are minor issues such as the small holes on the bottom of the tank top seen in the pictures. The material that is used as the halter straps is a crochet or embroidery stitch look which is beautiful and very unique! Super flattering as the fabric is looser in the stomach area & comes to a cuff on the bottom.
