Yellowstone unbranded Jacket size says 3XL but it’s smaller, see sizing

Yellowstone black jacket. Please see sizing as I don’t believe it will fit a 3XL as the tag shows. It is smaller. Maybe an xL? My measurements are approximately: Pit to pit 24” Sleeve length 24” Length 23” Note the Yellowstone brand, has a couple little puffing spots as shown in photo. Buttons are on right of jacket. Jacket is lightweight There is no fabric tag; just a size tag No side pockets and the breast pocket (on left) is non functional, just for appearance only. In great used condition SKU 0131
