unbranded felted wool boots, made in canada

These are a pair of weird fluffy boots, not entirely sure what they are made of but maybe wool or something felted with fluffiness as well. Can't find a brand name anywhere on or in them. Maybe handmade? Can be worn folded down or up. The bottoms say nothing other than "9" and made in Canada. They are definitely not a women's size 9 though, they run small. I'm an 8.5 and they are small on me but i can still get them on. I'd say they fit more like a women's size 7.5 Overall in pretty good shape and they could have a lot of life left in them if they found the right owner to love them!
