pastel blue skirt with a slight drop waist silhouette, elastic waist, bow and ribbon trim detail, built in short, and delicate lace hem trim girls size 12, fits like a small has a little bit of discoloration on the back and some marks from the hanger but i think they’ll go away measurements: waist- 13” flat length- about 13.5”
