Chloe tall tan light brown leather boots gold C buckle size 40

Good condition overall- multiple flaws as shown- creasing, scuffs, some glue repair on soles and severely worn soles. Interior staining from jeans. Size 40, Chloe size chart says this is a US 10 but I am usually a true size 10 in general and these were way too small, the left one actually seemed more narrow than the R and I couldn’t get my foot in (wouldn’t go past my heel/ankle. The R one just felt too narrow and small but felt more like a size 9 or 9N. Please only consider buying if you know your size in this brand and a similar boot model, as I will not advocate for a return based on fit per Poshmark’s guidelines. Thanks!
