Custom Watteau Hat with Feathers and Veil

Gorgeous dark taupe hat with navy ribbon, feather, and veil. Like new. Custom made by NYC milliner in 1980s, this hat was worn once and packed away in box since. This hat was custom made to go with a navy blue coat with beaver collar. Incredible quality that one no longer sees. Elastic band to secure hat under hair. This one is a total stunner!
