Elevenses Anthropologie Chevron Cotton Skirt

This cotton skirt is marked as a zero, so given its measurements I have to assume it was intended to have a paper bag waist. The crossed belt loops and waist tie are cool details that would look great shown off, too! The skirt is in very good used condition with no stains or tears.
