Emma Rose Design Classic Holiday Dress

Classic Christmas plaid Taffeta with red satin bodice. There is an oversized bow with Swarovski crystals down the center. The underskirt has two layers of tulle for volume. Heavy duty Velcro closure. Please see photos for measurements. My Mom and I created all of these designs and ran a business for a few years. We were even featured at Pet Fashion Week in NY where some of our designs walked the runway! All of the pet items listed are pieces we have left after closing our shop.
