Emma Rose Designs Flannel Harness Vest

Sweet size 12 rust colored flannel dog vest with button detail and harness ring. Heavy duty Velcro closure. This one is 6” long because it covers half of the back. Please see photos for measurements. My Mom and I created all of these designs and ran a business for a few years. We were even featured at Pet Fashion Week in NY where some of our designs walked the runway! All of the pet items listed are pieces we have left after closing our shop.
