Bought at a boutique in Australia. Australian size 12/U.S. Size 8. Super flattering satin with stretch. Band ties in back so it lays flat in your waist. Worn twice and got so many compliments. Gorgeous! 15.5 inches flat across the waist (will also stretch) 40 inches shoulder to hem.
