Reposhing this item, great earbuds but they just don't fit in my ears right - I thought it was the same pair as another that I have (the only ones that have ever fit my tiny ears just right), but alas this was a slightly different model and didn't fit. They are great headphones with good sound quality and good sound. There is an app from LG that you can install on your phone for them which allows you to adjust sound quality/tone. Does NOT include box, extra ear gels or USB C cord.
