The panel integrates seamlessly and could likely be removed easily without affecting the front of the dress, but as it stands you'd never know it was altered when worn. Full length skirt with flutter ruffle design and mixed textures, some of the 100% silk is more silky shiny and some is more chiffon lightweight look - adds dimension and shine!
