Minuet Green fit & flare lace trim dress

NWT. Fit & flair dress by Minuet. Pleated at high waist with cream colored lace & gold metallic trim. Satin like material. Adjustable straps. Please note this dress is missing a waist tie & one of the thin loops to hold waist tie in place came loose on one end. Can easily be repaired or just cut off. Back hidden zipper + hook & eye closure.. Light boning at side torso. Two layers of lining for light volume. Size Small. Approx measurements Length from pit to hem 26” Pit to pit 14 1/2”
