This is a new vibrant 70% cotton and 30% silk summer top. It is extremely light weight and can be worn as a top or shorter cover-up for your swimsuit. There are tie shoulder straps so they are adjustable. It is a medium, but the top band is smocked so it can work for some different sizes. There is a tie along the lower half so it can be worn lose or fitted at your waist. Smoke free clean home. Measurements available on request. Retails new for $100.
