Ooak Batsheva dramatic black taffeta gown 4

I bought this gorgeous dress from batsheva’s recent online sample sale. I believe it was called “dramatic taffeta gown.” The bodice is like the ines top sold last winter - it has a sweetheart neckline and super dramatic puff sleeves. It has a full skirt and slim waist, hidden side zip. It has no tags, but was described as a size 4. Is made of a nonstrech poly taffeta. Selling because it doesn’t fit! Tried on but never worn. Length approx 51”, bust 18”, waist 15”, hips 21”. This dress is OOAK and already listed at 70% off its retail price!
