Black, layered, pleated skirt made by Pink Owl in size Small. 100% Polyester with longer outer sheer layer and shorter inner opaque layer. Elastic waist band. There are a few snags on the sheer fabric close to the bottom hem (see last two pictures). Otherwise in GUC with no holes or stains. Bundle with other items in my closet for the best deal!
