Based on similar listings I believe this to be a US size 4 or 6 and the fabric is 95% cotton 5% spandex. Fabric has a good stretch to it. Back of pant legs have slit at the bottom. Front pockets just below waist. Last two pictures show very faint tiny spots. Overall in very good condition.
