Rebecca B brand dress size 16

this listing is for a Rebecca b brand dress in size 16. it is a very neck cut with a center part down the back. there is a slit in the front of the dress that reveals a shorter dress underneath. it is a dark blue color I have washed this dress but never worn it. (Bin one)
