Red strapless dress

Beautiful hi/low dress in a great fabric. Why so inexpensive? The day I had to wear it I decided I didn't like the straps so I cut them off, folded the top of the cups under and made it strapless. However, it's just pinned! You will probably want to actually fix it to make it right. I'm leaving the rhinestone pin on it that I put on to get that look. 😀
