Great pants! IT 40 EUROPE 36 but fits like a small with room given the wide leg and elastic waist. Super flattering wide leg fit, elastic waist, pockets. Great condition - there is a very very small stain on the back of one leg but I bet it will come out in the wash, definitely not noticeable to the eye
