These are brand new. Tag reads a size large but they run smaller. I can’t take measurements. Nice long inseam can be hemmed if needed but if your someone like me who is always looking for a long inseam these are great. You can wear them high waisted or fold over. They are not the bell bottoms they are flare. These were bought in a Vero Beach boutique. This print rare, I just have too many
