90's floral! Beautiful pinks and greens on a black background. Long maxi, sleeveless, flares at the bottom. 100% rayon. Very pretty and flowy! PLEASE NOTE: There is a tiny tear/hole in the back by the shoulder. Please see last two pics. Someone that knows what they are doing will be able to mend this.
