Vintage 1940's? Hamilton Milton 14K Gold Filled Watch Works Running

I do not know too much about this watch, had it for a while. It works. The band does have a little bit of an issue but it didn't bother me when wearing it. If you have any questions let me know. I'm not sure what year it is but I saw others at 1940s so that's what I put.
