Vintage 40s Champion Running Man Cardigan Letterman P Varsity Navy Red Child 2T

Vintage 40s Champion Running Man Cardigan Letterman P Varsity Navy Red 2T No size tag so please check the measurements: Measures approx 10" from pit to pit and 13.5" long. I estimated a size 2T based on the measurement of a 20" chest. No material tag but my research shows these are made of wool. Possibly made for the University of Pennsylvania. Has the Champion Knitwear Running Man tag which dates this from the late 1030s to mid 1940s. Very good condition. Clean with no holes. Only flaw I found was some stretched stitches at the end of one sleeve as shown in the last photo.
