Vintage Y2K Nils jacket woman's size 8 bright red quilted sleeve skiwear

Vintage Y2K Nils jacket woman's size 8 bright red Thin lining filler quilted sleeve skiwear It's not clear if the bottom edge is supposed to be tight elastic or not but it isn't tight around the bottom. There are some discolorations an the cuff area of the sleeves and along the left side near the side seam. There is an area on the arm quilting that has lost its thread. Please see photos
