Vintage black long sleeve sheer tunic dress with floral pattern

Vintage long sleeve sheer black tunic, shirt or mini dress. Black with white tropical flowers along the bottom. Has two pockets in front. Has shoulder pads. By Agnes B. Made in France. Marked a size 40- 18" armpit to armpit, approx 33" at waist (there is a tie belt to cinch the waist), approx. 37" hips, 33.5" long. In good condition with one tiny hole, a snag and a small brown mark- all near the bottom pattern and hem.
