Dimensions: approximately 9.75" long x 6.5" wide x 1" tall Note: This listing is for ONE dish / tray. I have two and am happy to bundle. Rare find! Crafted from high-quality porcelain and ceramic in Japan and released in the 1980s, this Andrea by Sadek dish features the retired "Jardin" (garden) pattern, depicting mustard yellow, burnt orange, French blue, pink, burgundy and olive green flowers with two butterflies of the same colors flitting about. It's such a delicious pattern--seriously, I want to gobble it up! The dish is in the shape of a leaf and includes embossed veining in the body. The scalloped edge sports a lovely blue-green rim. The stem of the leaf has a cutout so that the dish can be displayed on the wall (yes, it's *that* pretty; the flowers will hang down with the butterfly flying toward them). Or it can be used as a trinket dish or serving tray. Reads "JARDIN by Andrea" on the back. One additionally has a gold sticker attached that reads "Andrea by Sadek Made in Japan". Note: This dish has some light crazing, which simply means the protective glaze has started to crack, much like an old screen protector on a phone might do. The dish itself is completely free of chips, cracks, fleabites and repairs, and the crazing is difficult to see unless angled just right in bright light. Some artists purposefully create crazing to make a piece look older but that was not the case here. This dish is like something you'd find at Anthropologie but rarer! Crosslisted
