Womens Size 14 ( fits smaller tho) off the shoulder orange dress

This is a woman's bright Orange Off the shoulder dress size 14 but it fits quite smaller more like a 12. This is a very pretty color and it is an off the shoulder dress with batwing arms. There is a zipper down the back with a hook at the top. This dress is never worn with no tags. Please look at the size measurements I have posted as it is smaller than a size 14. The dress label is Venus. The sleeves on this dress are beautiful and amazing.
