Cute yellow polka dot top! Marked a size medium in women’s. Brand is TIMING. See through. Can be worn off the shoulder. Has ruffles on the bottom and the sleeves each have a slit opening. Measures 19 1/4 inches wide by 16 1/2 inches long. I usually wear a medium in women’s and am 5’3 for reference. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits.
