ZAC&RACHEL blouse blue XL

This is a lovely blouse with tassels and tie up front v-neck long sleeves this piece is in excellent condition, with no signs of wear. I tried to get the color right, but the lighting inside is very yellow, so the outdoor pictures (on a dark day) are truer to the actual color! any questions please ask!
