1X Ashley Nell Tipton A-Line Floral Skirt

This floral A-line skirt is by Ashley Nell Tipton for Boutique Plus (JCPenney Brand). It features pink, yellow, blue, and teal. It has no piling and was dry cleaned once. It has pockets. The waist is elasticized, so it will work for more than one size. Waist is 20” across when flat. Length is 25” It’s a 1X, but I’m in a 24 with most brands, and it fit me perfectly. Defects: the hook and eye closure is gone. The band in the waist is twisted a little at the back. It doesn’t affect the look.
