There were belt loops but they were removed leaving a couple small holes near the waist line, a few stitches would fix it up pretty well or it could be covered with wearing a belt. Tagged size 29 but please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched. Double the measurements for complete circumference. Waist 19" Rise 15 Inseam 29 Please see photos.
