Silver needs a cleaner and or polisher applied, covered with buildup. The glass beveled mirror has some build up around the edge. Made of Silver Plate over metal and has a beveled glass mirror. Handle complete and intact. Branding on one side cant be made out because of wear and age, but I have identified through research it could be Derby Silver Co.
