Very soft cardigan by Appleseed’s. Great layering piece for fall and winter. Cobalt blue. Size petite small PS. There is writing on the tag and a discoloration mark on the back of one of the sleeves, on the ribbing at the wrist. See pictures. Otherwise this is still in great condition! Questions?
