I won't call this New without tags, because I've owned it since Summer 2021, but I purchased it brand new and have never worn it... because Mom life It's hard to photograph, but the material is black, and has a little bit of a shiny look to it. Trying to photograph that makes the material look a bit grey or faded, but it is not. It is black. Very stretchy, but meant to be a fitted style.
