justycejennifer @quanleesherry These are I believe a more generous fit. Looking at their size chart. They are in like new condition. These are also a straight leg. The vintage Chico's have more of a wider leg and are discounted as there are some flaws. Let me look at the measurements

justycejennifer The vintage chico's have a 28 inch waist not stretched, However if you have had travelers before you know they are quite stretchy. I always size down. These are saying 34 inches for a large.
