Red rubber, pull on, wedge heel, Chelsea rain boots by Cougar. Clean insoles. Soles show light use. Outsoles in good shape. Wedge heel measures about 2.5 inches. Very cute and comfortable shoes. The heel of one shoe looks like a paint drip but it is part of the finish. The boots are in good pre-owned condition with some signs of wear wear from normal use.
