Pre-loved, but in excellent condition! Size extra small (but oversized) Elizabeth and James waterfall blouse with one button. Has genuine leather brown trim. Top has a satin feel to it. Sleeves are 3/4, with option to roll and button. Pleated across front and back. Very lightweight.
