What are the measurements? Would you say it runs small?

@229flora hi please see listing for updated measurements and noting a minor flaw (w price reduction). I think it’s TTS as the other size large skirt is same 15.5” measurement. This can be adjustable though either smaller or larger since it has a tie belt wrap style. Hope this helps
