Green & Yellow Tissue Paper Fan Party Decoration

Set of 2 tissue paper party decorations in a lovely bright green & golden yellow! Each fan opens to a whopping 25", but folds down to a mere 13"x4" for storage. There is a string at the top of each for hanging, & there are wire fasteners to hold fan open. There are a couple areas on each fan that seem to splay open farther than the rest of the fan, see pics for up close details.
